1.1 Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.3 Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom colour items as well as, made to order and bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

1.4 Where Goods have been dispatched, the Customer may return some or all of the Goods within 7 days after delivery (as recorded by the Carrier) provided that the Customer follows the procedure notified by the Customer Service Department who may be contacted on (phone number ) or in writing at email@example.com or by post to Customer Services Department, Purchase IT, Jason Works, Clarence Street, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 1DX . The Goods must be returned to the Supplier at the Customers cost and in a new and unused condition with all original labels and packaging intact. A fee of 25% of the returned Goods value (net of VAT) will be charged to cover administration and stock handling costs. Goods may not be returned unless a returns reference number has been issued by the Suppliers Customer Service Department.
1.5 Because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period (see our Standard Terms and Conditions of Business (UK) clause 9.1), we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, minus the fees detailed in our Standard Terms and Conditions of Business (UK) clause 9.2. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item, the insurance and the overall condition of the item until we acknowledged receipt of the goods.
1.6 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed to do so by Purchase IT Customer Service Department.
1.7 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable);Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
1.8 Refunds: When you return a product to us for any other reason, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
1.9 If you are approved, we will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product.
2.0 Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
2.1 Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
2.2 Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com Our Customer Service Department will provide you with a reference number and an address to return the item.
2.3 Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit note for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit certificate will be mailed to you.
2.4 If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and notify them directly of your return.
